Hispanic or Latino of any race were 19.01% of the population
There were 1,092 households out of which 42.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.3% were married couples living together, 8.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.3% were non-families. 19.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.78 and the average family size was 3.19. In the city the population was spread out with 29.4% under the age of 18, 7.1% from 18 to 24, 35.6% from 25 to 44, 21.8% from 45 to 64, and 6.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females there were 91.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 90.3 males.
Family Income
The median income for a household in the city was $53,780, and the median income for a family was $65,545. Males had a median income of $42,557 versus $26,333 for females. The per capita income for the city was $23,988. About 4.8% of families and 6.1% of the population were below the poverty line, including 7.7% of those under age 18 and 16.6% of those age 65 or over.
